Our aim is a timeless design that weaves together nature, space and people in harmony with each other. Part of our job is educating a client into adapting techniques that produce an eco-friendly space — humanising the design, which is what gets lost in an era of globalisation.
Superior air quality, abundant natural light, access to views, noise control, water efficiency, resource efficiency, indoor environmental quality and a building's overall impact on its environment: these are the things we are actually designing for. They are decided early, where they cost nothing, and they are very expensive to add later.
We examine multiple possibilities of design development in the context of technology, climate and materials, then combine your ideas with our experience. Give us your goals, your timeline and your budget, and we will work with you at every step.
How we work
Design and construction under one roof. No handoff between an architect who blames the contractor and a contractor who blames the drawings.
Daylight, cross-ventilation, orientation and thermal comfort are decided early, where they are free — not corrected later with more air conditioning.
Navisha and Shaurya are personally involved in the projects they take on. You are not handed to a junior after the pitch.
A fixed, itemised quote against an approved design, and every variation approved in writing. Surprises are a process failure, not a fact of construction.
