Architecture

Ground-up design for homes, commercial and hospitality projects.

Concept through construction drawings. We treat the site, the climate and the brief as constraints to design with rather than around — orientation, daylight and cross-ventilation are settled early, where they are still free, instead of being corrected later with more air conditioning.

Interiors

Complete interiors — residential, workplace, retail and hospitality.

Space planning, joinery detailing, lighting design, material and fixture selection. Available as design-only, or designed and built by us. Most clients take the second, because the detailing is where interiors are won or lost and drawings alone do not guarantee it.
