TODO — one or two sentences a client would understand. What was it, and what makes it worth looking at?
The brief
TODO — what did the client ask for, and what were they actually worried about? Two or three sentences. Write it the way you would explain it to a friend, not the way it appears in a tender document.
The constraint
TODO — every good project has one real problem: a difficult site, a tight budget, a fixed opening date, a structure that could not be moved. Naming it is what separates a case study from a photo album. This is the paragraph clients actually read, because it tells them how you think when something goes wrong.
What we did
TODO — the decisions that solved it. Be specific about materials, orientation, sequencing, anything measurable.
The outcome
TODO — finished on schedule? Under budget? Still trading well a year later? Concrete results, not adjectives.
